Founded by Mark Oberholtzer just outside Denver, PA, the company started as a small custom exhaust fabricator. Today, we’re a leading provider of tube bending, welding, and fabrication services, trusted by industries across North America.

Our Story

1984

Mark Oberholtzer started the business just outside Denver, PA, with little more than an entrepreneurial spirit and a dream to be the best custom exhaust fabricator.

1991

Mark had the opportunity to sell his business to an employee and moved 100 miles west to Port Royal, PA, where he started all over again with the same dream in another community. As the business grew, his son Joe noticed there was a need for additional tube processing to expand into other markets.

2003

Building on the relationships already established, T-Lane moved forward with the purchase of our first CNC tube bender. A new dream had begun. The next several years involved heavy investment into equipment and processes to serve the region with service parts, prototyping, and earning approval as an OE supplier to manufacturers in the construction equipment and rail industries.

2025

To convey the progression of our company, we rebranded from T-Lane Muffler to T-Lane Industries

T-Lane Industries has been providing tubular solutions by developing strong, collaborative relationships with our clients and suppliers. Located in Port Royal, PA, we are strategically positioned halfway between the state capital and State College with easy access to major highways.

Many industries rely on us to provide excellent pipe and tube bending, welding, machining, endforming, and complete fabrication to fit their needs. We provide customer satisfaction in all areas, including total cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
